Submissions
Multiple submissions are permitted.
Please see our topics page for our most desired submissions. We explicitly invite work that proposes new methodological designs made possible by AI.
The deadline for submissions will be 10am on March 30th with notifications of accepted posters and presentations by April 16, 2026. Those who wish to submit a poster or regular talk, click the link on the home page.
Regular Speakers
Regular submissions must include a full paper at the time of submission. The paper should describe ongoing or completed research related to AI and social science research methods.
We prefer unpublished work, but papers that are under review or forthcoming at the time of submission are also welcome.
Submissions are non-archival and will not be included in formal proceedings.
Poster Speakers
These participants will submit an extended abstract instead of a full paper. The abstract could be around 800–1,000 words, briefly outlining the research question, data or materials, methodological approach, and any preliminary findings or expected contributions.
One author per accepted poster will receive complementary registration, and up to $800 in travel assistance. Register to submit. If you select a payment plan, we will collect 0% of fees until the decision about accepted poster submissions has been made, and authors notified.
This poster session is non-archival.
