Conference Fees:

The conference fee is $125 for faculty, $100 for postdocs and professional staff, and $75 for graduate students and undergraduates.

If you are not affiliated with a university, your registration fee is $250.

It's important to note that these fees cover less than half of the per-person conference costs. We extend our gratitude to our generous sponsors for their invaluable support.

Exciting News for Graduate Students: If you're a graduate student presenting a poster that's accepted, your conference fees are waived! Plus, you'll be eligible for an additional $500 reimbursement to assist with attendance, travel, and accommodations. Expect your registration fee to be refunded via your initial payment method within 10 days of acceptance. Please visit our poster session page for information.

Banquet Tickets:

Don't miss the banquet honoring Andrew Barron on Saturday, April 27th! Tickets are available for $75 per person. Even if you're not attending the conference, you can still join us for the banquet by selecting the "banquet only" registration option.

Parking:

Parking can be tricky at Yale. If you'd like to secure parking in the closest parking garage, the cost is $20/day. This parking fee only grants access once per day. No re-entry. Please see our parking page for details.

Financial aid:

We understand that financial constraints may hinder participation. If you require assistance covering conference costs, travel, or accommodations, please specify your needs on the registration form. While we strive to accommodate all requests, financial aid is limited, with a maximum assistance cap of $500 for conference-related expenses. Notifications regarding aid approval will be sent by April 1st.

Inclusivity Initiatives:

We're committed to fostering diversity and inclusion. Limited financial assistance is available specifically for underrepresented groups and minority participants to alleviate barriers to participation. To be considered for funding, please indicate your interest on our registration form.

Reimbursement Requests:

Once your financial aid request is approved, you can submit your reimbursement request for out-of-pocket expenses up to $500 to Mandy Singer. She will need copies of your itemized receipts, including dates and amounts, submitted as a pdf. Per Yale policy, we cannot reimburse first class airfare. Mandy will also need a W-9 form (if you have a social security number) or a W-8BEN form if you do not have a social security number.

Cancellation and refunds:

Life happens, and we understand. Refund requests made at least seven (7) days before the event start date will be honored. Please notify us of your cancellation no later than April 18, 2024, to facilitate the refund process.
