Philip is an MD/PhD student interested in clinical informatics and applications of machine learning with clinical data.
Before Yale, he graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with degrees in Biochemistry and Statistics. After graduating, he worked as a research assistant at Vanderbilt University where he used Phenome Wide Association Studies to determine the pleiotropic effects of statins.
He is currently engaged with research involving natural language processing and digital phenotyping.
